- STORE YOUR OWN SURVIVAL MEALS - Take control of your emergency food supply with our Crunch Co Freeze Dry Mylar bag kit. Assemble and store your homemade survival meals ready-to-eat, avoiding unhealthy additives and the high costs of pre-packaged MRE or survival food kits.
- WITHSTANDS BOILING WATER - Our premium quality Mylar bags, manufactured by Crunch Co Freeze Dry, are specially engineered to withstand boiling hot water. When it's time to enjoy your meal, simply open the bag, pour in boiling water, and cook or reconstitute dry goods, Harvest Right freeze-dried, or dehydrated meals.
- IDEAL FOR BACKPACKING - Lightweight and convenient, our Crunch Co Freeze Dry MRE bags are perfect for backpacking adventures. Fill them with lightweight dry foods like oatmeal, dried fruit, pasta, soup mix, quick-cooking rice, and spices. Add boiling water when you reach your campsite, and enjoy your meal straight from the bag!
- MAXIMUM PROTECTION FOR FRESHNESS - Our Crunch Co Freeze Dry Mylar bags feature an additional internal layer of aluminum for superior durability and puncture resistance. This ensures that air and moisture are kept out, keeping your food inside fresh for longer. The BPA-free, food-grade Mylar is heat sealable above the zipper to create an airtight seal.
- IMPORTANT NOTE - Please be aware that the bags may not shrink like a vacuum bag when the oxygen has been removed. Our Crunch Co Freeze Dry oxygen absorbers are designed to absorb oxygen, not air. As oxygen constitutes only 21% of the air, using the absorbers will remove approximately 1/5 of the air volume, while 4/5 will remain, regardless of the number of absorbers used.
